Courchevel ISN''T the most dangerous altiport in the world. In France there is 6 other altiports (Corlier, Méribel, Alpe d'Huez, Megève and Peyresourde) and Courchevel is the easiest. Of course there are other airfields all over the world that are more dangerous (Lukla for example). And I'm not talking of grass strips, you're talking about a 1700 feet long runway butvery close to Courchevel there are airfields with 500 feet long runways !

Airports just designed for superrich private jets should be banned from existence altogether.

That'd be a good airport for an engine failure. Plenty of ditching opportunities

You must have been within a few feet of where I stood photographing stills. I “see” in your video many of my better photos of this event, as they happened. Normally locked in a viewfinder, the photographer does not see the event as it happens with full perspective. Very enjoyable presentation.
